Na'urar Alloy ta Tagulla mai ɗorewa ta C18150 - Babban Mai Amfani da Wutar Lantarki
Kayan da aka gama CuCrZr (C18150) - Ƙarin Samfura
Ana samar da ƙarfen CuCrZr ɗinmu ta hanyar narkewar injin tare da simintin ƙarfe mai sauri. Tsarin da aka saba amfani da shi: Cr 0.6-1.2%, Zr 0.08-0.25%, jimlar ƙazanta <50 ppm. Ingots suna shan maganin maganin zafi mai yawa (950-980°C) sai kuma yin amfani da zafi mai ƙarfi/birgima mai zafi (ragewa ≥70%) da kuma aiki mai sanyi daidai, wanda ke haifar da cikakken sake fasalin tsarin, wanda ba shi da rabuwa tare da girman hatsi akai-akai sama da ASTM 10.
Ana yin taurare-ƙarfe ta amfani da tsari na matakai biyu na musamman tare da daidaitaccen sarrafa zafin jiki (±2°C) a cikin kewayon 450-480°C. Wannan yana haɓaka hazo na matakan Cr da Zr masu arzikin ƙasa (20-50 nm), yana cimma haɗuwa mafi kyau ta:
● Mai amfani da wutar lantarki ≥80% IACS (yawanci IACS 82-85%)
● Ƙarfin tauri ≥550 MPa
● Ƙarfin samarwa ≥450 MPa
● Tsawaita ≥12%
● Zafin laushi >550°C

● Takaddun shaida na EN 10204 3.1 ko 3.2, rahotannin SGS/RoHS/REACH suna samuwa akan buƙata
