Ana ƙera bututun cupro-nickel ɗinmu ta hanyar cikakken tsari na simintin kwance mai inganci, aiki mai sanyi da yawa, da kuma maganin zafi mai kariya don tabbatar da daidaiton haɗin ƙarfe, tsarin hatsi mai kyau, da kuma tsarin microstructure mai yawa.
Babban tsarin aiki: Narkewar injin tsotsa → Simintin da aka yi a kwance (billet mai ci gaba da rabi) → Fitar zafi mai yawa → Birgima/zane mai sanyi mai wucewa da yawa → Annealing mai yawa a ƙarƙashin yanayi mai kariya → Kammalawa na ƙarshe → Gwajin eddy 100% + gwajin ultrasonic (kamar yadda ake buƙata).
